FAQ's
What does the League supply?
The league will supply the field, field equipment (nets and soccer balls) and official referees.
Does the League supply uniforms?
It is the responsibility of each team to supply a jersey or t-shirt of the same colour for each player on their team. It is strongly recommended that all teams carry a second colour with them, because if there is a conflict in jersey / t-shirt colour, it is the responsibility of the designated away to team to change. Jerseys do not have to have numbers and/or names on them.
What happens if both teams show up with the same jersey colour at a game?
We recommend that all teams be creative with their team colours (think outside of black and white). However, if there is a conflict in jersey / t-shirt colour, pinnies will be available from the referee. Pinnies will be lent out to the away team upon receipt of a valid piece of photo ID and a credit card, which will be held until the full set of pinnies is returned.
When do the leagues run?
We have leagues running almost year round. The fall/winter league runs from September to February, and the spring/summer league runs from March to July.

All games are to be played under the recognized FIFA Laws of the Game, which can be found at www.fifa.com/worldfootball/lawsofthegame.html. The league considers it your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these rules before you participate in the NS Indoor Soccer League. The NS Indoor Soccer League rules (see Rules and Regulations) are additions to FIFA’s Laws of the Game and have been specifically adapted for this facility and its indoor soccer leagues. Our rules may change from season to season as we strive to improve the experience for our players. We encourage all players to become familiar with the rules prior to playing in our leagues.
Can I bring a friend or can someone play in my place if they are not registered with the League?
No, only registered players can play in a league. Playing unregistered players is a legal liability and insurance coverage issue and is consequentially taken extremely seriously. There is zero tolerance for playing unregistered players. Each registered player will be given a shoe tag at the beginning of the season that should be attached to their cleats at every game. A player may be asked to leave a game if they are not able to present their shoe tag to the referee.
